Our Team
Brooke Alley, CEO + Creative Director
Brooke has been transforming spaces for as long as she can remember; what began as rearranging her childhood bedroom evolved into a nearly 20-year career creating meaningful, functional environments that help people feel and live better.
With a background in project management and a deep passion for function and flow, Brooke brings a strategic, intuitive, and holistic approach to every project. Her work blends aesthetics with purpose, crafting sustainable systems, curated displays, and personalized design solutions that reflect each client’s life and style.
A lifelong gardener and botanical enthusiast, Brooke infuses her interiors with natural harmony and biophilic principles. Her love for plants runs deep, passed down from generations of talented gardeners—many of her own houseplants have been thriving for decades. She believes in the healing intelligence of nature and the transformative power of an intentional, curated, well-designed space.
Lyla Ashford, Designer + Project Manager
Lyla has been passionate about functional, beautiful spaces since childhood. What began as daydreams about decorating her own room grew into a lifelong love of design, organization, and thoughtful living. Over the years, she’s worked as a professional organizer, project and design assistant, gaining a deep understanding of how homes function, and how to make them work better for the people who live in them. Through these experiences, Lyla discovered her calling: helping people simplify, reimagine, and reconnect with their environments. She believes that considered curation and intentional design are essential not just for creating beautiful spaces, but for supporting mental well-being and ease of living.
Originally from California and raised in Oregon, Lyla brings a Pacific Northwest sensibility to her work, blending warmth, creativity, and a love of vintage charm. She has a gift for curating and styling meaningful collections and treasures, with a special affinity for vintage furniture and décor.
When she’s not transforming spaces, you’ll find her reading, gardening, thrifting, painting, or spending time with her three beloved cats. With her blend of hands-on experience, creativity, and care, Lyla helps clients create spaces that are not only organized and functional — but genuinely loved.
